RageCaptcha is a prepaid, pay-per-solve service. This policy explains how payments work and why all payments are final and non-refundable. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. All payments are final
Every balance top-up — whether paid in cryptocurrency through our payment processor or arranged manually (bank wire, OTC or other methods) — is final once it is credited to your account. We do not offer full or partial refunds, cash-outs, or transfers of balance to another account, including for:
- unused or remaining balance;
- a change of mind, or no longer needing the Service;
- changes to target sites that temporarily lower success rates or make a task unsupported;
- accounts suspended or terminated for breaching the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
2. No free trials or free credits
We do not offer free trials, free solves, or promotional credit. If you want to evaluate the Service, start with a small top-up before committing more.
3. Failed solves are never charged
You only pay for successful solves. If a task fails, times out, or returns no usable token, the solve fee is not taken from your balance (or is returned to it automatically). This is how billing works, not a refund — and it does not convert balance back into money.
4. Payment problems
Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed once they are confirmed on the blockchain. If a payment was underpaid, sent on the wrong network, sent after the invoice expired, or has not been credited, contact us with your invoice code and payment ID. We will review it and, where we can match the payment to your account, may credit the amount received to your balance. Credited amounts are subject to this policy.
5. Chargebacks and payment reversals
Opening a chargeback, dispute, or reversal for a payment that was credited to your account breaches this policy, and we may suspend the account while the dispute is open.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded by contract. Where such a law requires a refund, we will comply with it.
